The drop ship model service allows our jewelry suppliers to ship directly to you. There are three benefits for the customer:

Our drop ship delivery model is available to you on four different shopping platforms: our website, EBAY store, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram.

How it works:

Customer browse catalog pages or items on shopping platform. Customer identifies jewelry to purchase and completes purchase online or by phone (518-878-1592). Customer makes payment, then item is shipped directly from the jewelry supplier. All jewelry is inspected before being shipped. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the unworn item within 5 business days. How it works: Customer contacts me by email (wbjewelry@yahoo.com) to request a return label for unworn, unused, not broken jewelry I will send return label by email Customer packages and ships jewelry with all original packaging (includes jewelry boxes and tags) Upon our receipt of package, jewelry will be inspected. If all criteria above is met, payment will be refunded through PayPal. Processing time is 2-3 business days for funds to appear in your PayPal account, after package is received.
