Gorgeous shell cameo pendant and pin mounted in a 14k gold frame. This elegant cameo is hand-carved in Torre del Grecco, Italy from Cassis Rufa shells. The cameo is set in a 14k gold polished finish frame. The cameo measures 19mm wide x 25mm long. The pendant weighs 2.0 grams of 14k gold. This pendant is absolutely beautiful and the price is excellent.
