Gorgeous 14k gold shell cameo ring. This elegant cameo is hand-carved in Torre del Grecco, Italy from Cassis Rufa shells. The cameo is set in a 14k gold polished finish frame. The cameo measures 12mm wide x 16mm long. The ring has an open back and weighs 2.4 grams of 14k gold. This ring is absolutely beautiful and the price is excellent.
